Sleeping up to six guests, this standalone brick-and-tile single-level gem provides effortless convenience and allows you to embrace the great outdoors with a spacious, leafy and fully-enclosed backyard that is perfect for either relaxing or entertaining – or even both. Modern amenities are all at your fingertips too, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The property boasts three thoughtfully-designed bedrooms made up of one queen bed, one double bed and two king single beds, adorned with quality bedding. It doesn’t matter when you stay, because you will be kept comfortable all year round by three separate split-system reverse-cycle (hot and cold) air-conditioners.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen is most definitely the hub of the house and central to all of the action, with polished wooden floorboards not only easy on the eye, but rather pleasant under foot, as well. Those who love to cook with a natural flame will appreciate the gas-upright hotplate and oven in the kitchen, whilst the laundry has a double stainless-steel wash trough for good measure.
Best of all, pets are more than welcome, because your furry friends deserve some down time, too.
