The Space:
This 2,312 sq ft resort home is perfect for a family or group of up to 8 traveling to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located within 10 miles of the famous Walt Disney World Resort and is centrally located inside The Fountains at Championsgate Resort community.

- A warm and inviting OPEN-PLAN LIVING AREA featuring a cozy L-shaped sofa and a large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The perfect spot for downtime moments together at home.
- There is a DINING area next to the living room with a table that can seat at least 6 very comfortably for a relaxed meal at home at any time. It’s great to dine in and save money plus, you could also use the table as a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re a remote worker.
- There is direct access from the living area to the PRIVATE BACK PATIO with 4 Adirondack chairs and a FIRE PIT to enjoy some outdoor time and conversation with warmth on a chilly night.
- There is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home, even the extras like a COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups, a BLENDER for afternoon beverages, and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups.

Getting Around:
The townhome is 27.4 miles (about a 30-minute drive) from the Orlando International Airport and is located inside the Fountains at Championsgate Resort community. It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.
Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
