Welcome to your Hollywood Beach home-away-from-home! This blue and beachy home has private parking per unit, making parking stress-free.

Step in and feel right at home in the cozy living room that offers a comfortable couch, a coffee table, and tasteful midcentury modern decor. The natural lighting from the windows in the living room brings the neutral color palette to life. Chill out with your family or friends and watch a movie on the Sling T.V, or play a board game on the coffee table! The couch also doubles as a sofa bed.

From here, you'll have easy access to the small yet functional kitchen. The sleek grey cabinets complement the marble-style flooring and create a contemporary ambiance. Show off your culinary skills in the kitchen and bring it to the small dining room area to enjoy!

Once you make your way to the bedroom, toss your luggage down and relax on the high-quality King-sized mattress. With double nightstands, a modern headboard, and thoughtfully chosen decor, this space is both practical and luxurious.

The spacious bathroom is a modern, sleek design. You'll find a circular mirror, marble tiles, and brass details in this bathroom, as well as a shower/tub combination.

At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores.

For days when you'd like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli's on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you'll find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Starter Supplies

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Nice location but not for long.
This is a good place to park your head for a day or two, but not long term. They don't have anywhere to hang up clothes, so for any business folks out there looking for a month or more stay, keep in mind that you will not be getting any cleaning done, or fresh towels without rearranging your schedule to work around the host's cleaning folks and there isn't any onsite laundry facilities. I tried multiple times to get the host to contact me via phone. They won't. I hate messaging, and that seems to be the only way they will communicate. I had to make arrangements to have fresh towels and sheets dropped to the unit, and they were upset when I had waited all day 6 hours and had to leave, that's when they decided to drop off and pick up dirty laundry. They acted like it was my fault they couldn't. They don't have a system in place to pick up and drop off sheets/towels or any other cleaning supplies. Just be aware of this before booking. I can only give 4 of 5 stars do to these issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. The inside was updates, cute and cozy. Perfect for 2. Parking was super easy and close to the unit. The apartment Is close to just about everything. The bed and pillows made for a great rest. We have 0 complaints.
