Casita Calima's generous living space is cool and comfortable, in shades of gray and white, with pops of greenery throughout. The living room offers plank floors and seating for 4-5, with a sofa and occasional chairs. You'll love the modern, welcoming vibe in this relaxing space.

The family chef will be very pleased with this updated and fully equipped kitchen! Enjoy the stainless steel appliances and quartz counters as you whip up the family's favorite meals and snacks. As a separate space, the kitchen can be solely the chef's domain. But everyone better come running when dinner's ready - and you can dine together at the table for 4 in the formal dining space. Romance is in the air in the master bedroom, with its king size canopy bed. Additional features here include lovely abstract art, a generous closet and flat-screen TV for your late-night binge-watching. The en-suite bath offers a modern vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for another couple or two small children with a double bed, tall dresser, and flat-screen TV. The guest bath has a pedestal sink and a tub/shower.

At Casita Calima, you are conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting and diverse cities. The Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is just 10 minutes away, which is a convenient relief after a long day of travel. On your way to check-in, drop by the new Hard Rock, also just 10 minutes from Casita Calima for a bite to eat. Maybe you'll spot a celebrity! It's so easy to walk everywhere. For days when you'd like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.

For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you!

Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli's on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.

In Hollywood, you'll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

🔹 The minimum rental age is 21. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹 An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹 No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹 Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
🔹 No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹 If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
🔹 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
🔹 The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Pest Control:
Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. ​​​​​​​

Buyer beware!!!
This property is not a stand alone house. It is a part of a small complex of units for short term rentals. The house is in a dilapidated condition when I arrived. The images did not match the online ad and all the exterior lights for the property were non functioning so it was extremely dark and very scary at night for my gf. The property manager was nice and accommodating but the property owner was not. The manager offered me an upgraded unit for the inconvenience but the owner only allowed downgrades. Terrible customer service. If you fail to deliver I should not be forced to take an inferior service.
