Jennifer has been difficult right from the moment she entered. We have made every arrangements possible to give her the best experience. That been said yes we have had mouse sticky pad kept in our place, it is hard to believe the mouse being caught on the trap in the kitchen. Also upon inspection we noticed that she purposely took out mouse poison pellets and spilled it out to claim, which were kept secured under the cabinet. I gave Jennifer the benefit of doubt and patiently provided solution by either providing refund of the cleaning fee and also giving back one night of the booking fee. But it seemed like she tried to get money from me directly and also get refund from VRBO. She gave so much anxiety from the time she was there and left all the garbage outside. The most scary part was her husband yelling at me in a rude manner using profanity, this call was recorded and I have reported to VRBO about this. As a host, we try our best to give the best to our guests, but i don't think there is anything i could have done to make Jennifer happy. I will definitely not recommend her for anyone unless they are looking for surprises. Again to our defense we just had guests stayed at our place and reviewed. Their experience were nothing close to what Jennifer has mentioned.

Hi Linda, Thank you for your review. The stain on the wall is actually paint that doesn't go away unless we use chemicals. We will try to remove it. We really wished to have communicated your need for that sheets as every room had extra bedsheets in the drawer. We have always made sure the house is clean and kept spotless and the can be seen on all our guest reviews. We really offered great rates, it came as a surprise that you reached us out for discount after booking, and I am hoping that is not there reason for your review. We have always tried to make our guests stay comfortable, although we work hard sometimes our cleaners may have missed few things. We will make sure all your points are taken care. Thank you
