The space

Our great little house for up to 4 people has 2 bedrooms, each with private bath. It has an 8 by 4 m private pool with large pool deck and a magnificent ocean view. It is located in the quiet and upscale Spanish Water Area, close to many popular beaches.

The space

The view from Ariba31 is spectacular. The yachts on Spanish Water and the Caribbean Sea are right in front of you. The sunsets are breathtaking. Whether in the pool, in your bed, on the couch or on the porch, you'll enjoy tranquility from a tastefully decorated house with a beautiful pool without the crowds. On a clear day you can see Venezuela.

Guest access

The house has everything you might need: wireless internet, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine, comfortable beds, relaxing hammock etcetera. We will gladly help you out with anything else you may need.

Other things to note

Usage of electricity and water is not included and will be calculated at the end of your stay according to consumption. On average these costs are around 10 USD a day for two persons. The Curacao tourist tax of 7% is excluded too and will be charged at the end of your stay.

If there's no change of guests on the same day, check in and check out is flexible.

The house has an alarm system connected to a security service. We will explain the working at check-in. Outside the house are four security camera's that monitor the doors and windows. The images are stored on the device for a limited time. The only time the images are viewed is if the alarm is set off. Your privacy is not an issue. It is for your security. If you choose, you can turn the system off completely. Please ask upon arrival. The neighborhood is relatively safe but however unfortunate it is, taking the right precautions is necessary on Curacao.
