BEDROOMS

This house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms across two separate dwellings. Each bedroom boasts a king-size bed with Custom Comfort mattress and premium Parachute linens, ample natural light, and a connection to the surrounding desert. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers with rain shower fixtures and Public Goods body products.

Essentials - Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Orion *Major and 2 vehicles at Orion *Minor. The property features energy-efficient mini-split heat pump air conditioning units in all interior areas, powered by a 9.0 kW solar panel system. A washer and dryer is provided within Orion (*Minor). Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests enjoy full access to both Orion homes and the entire property. Only registered guests permitted unless pre-approved.

✹ PARKING: Up to 4 vehicles at Major, 2 at Minor.

✹ WALKING: Guests may explore the property but not neighboring lots.

✹ WORK: STARLINK WiFi available for remote work.

✹ PETS: Dogs allowed ($100 fee · max 2 · approval required).

Getting Around:

This is a remote location accessed via unpaved roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but be aware that roads may have ruts, especially after rain.

✔ Pool & Spa: Hot tub free to heat. Pool heating available for an additional fee (48-hour notice required).

• May + Sept: $150/night

• Oct + Apr: $200/night

• Nov + Mar: $350/night

• Dec–Feb: Pool heating unavailable



✔ No Events or Shoots without prior approval + permits.

✔ Security: Exterior cameras facing driveway only.
