Our 24/7 support line is specifically available for after-hours concerns, and we encourage guests to use that number whenever immediate assistance is needed. Happy birthday! This cabin is actually being renovated right now. We look forward to reopening it in the spring with some great updates! We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your feedback. Asking not to leave dirty dishes is definitely an industry standard. We ask you to wash your dishes as our housekeepers do not always have the extra time to do this and still get the cabin ready for the next guest in time. There are several other cabins in this area that do come equipped with dishwashers for your next stay, if that is important to you.

While we always hope no one has any issues, we have someone on call 24/7 to address any issues or concerns that might arise. If you would have let us know you found dust in the cabin, we would have sent someone out immediately to take care of it. Or if you had mentioned it while we already had someone there replacing the lock, he would have been happy to take care of it right away. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location, this location on the Little Pigeon River is tough to beat!
