Located up a shared driveway, our comfortable and warm home consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, combined laundry and bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and vanity - N.B - there is no dryer here but the laundromat has drying facilities or we have a drying rack for use. Parking is abundant with a carport and plenty of extra car parking onsite. We also have secure storage for your skis and equipment. With a great front lawn, covered veranda, fire pit and outdoor dining area, this is the perfect family-friendly abode for a weekend or week away exploring Methven. We do NOT have Wi-FI at our property but we have excellent coverage so you are able to use your own data to hotspot and download your own programmes before you come - a great opportunity to put your device down and play some board games!

Our bedding configuration is two queen beds and one king bed across three bedrooms, on request we have a modern two-bedroom (one queen bed, one king bed) sleepout accommodating an extra 4 guests (search for the associated listing if you would like to book the entire property including the sleepout or please send a direct message)

A portacot and portable high chair is available on request if required - please enquire about availability.

No parties will be tolerated, we are in a quiet neighbourhood and have neighbours across the driveway.
