Summary:

Enjoy the sunsets, light and fresh air in this beautifully renovated 2BR,1BA apartment. Features open plan kitchen, dining, lounge, & balcony. Wander the famous Scarborough beach, festivals & markets, restaurants, bars, skate park & playgrounds, or walk along the sand, 20mins walk away! Settle in under the stars in the communal garden & shared BBQ facilities. Free parking onsite for 1 car as well as street parking. This older beach style building is a small complex of 16 nestled among the trees.

Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox onsite. All details with clear instructions will be sent the day before your arrival.

You are within walking distance of so much that the Perth coastline has to offer or jump on a bus which takes you straight to the CBD.

Please note there are 3 flights of stairs up to the top floor, and no lift.



The Neighborhood:

Home to one of the most iconic beaches in Perth, Scarborough is a desirable coastal suburb within the City of Stirling. The suburb is quiet and predominantly residential though it does have a significant entertainment precinct that attracts people from all over the Perth metropolitan area and beyond. At the heart of Scarborough is the Scarborough Beach precinct. With a popular ocean foreshore, it houses hotels, a variety of shops, restaurants and of course a beautiful coastline. Skate park, basketball courts, climbing walls, and huge playground - so much choice!



There are also several parks and nature reserves in Scarborough plus a number of small cafes and restaurants hidden away on quiet neighborhood streets.

Nearby major shopping centre, Karrinyup, has everything you need - dining and entertainment areas, shopping galore, supermarkets, chemists, big name stores.



Head up the coast to Hillarys, Trigg or North Beach for coastal drives, white beaches, restaurants, cafes and more! Head south to the beautiful heritage Fremantle or catch a ferry over to Rottnest Island.



Less than 30 mins drive from Perth Airport, take an Uber or taxi.

Major bus lines run all around Scarborough with routes straight into the CBD.

📝 Use of Property & Amenities

→ Property is for residential use only and must be kept clean and sanitary

→ Amenities like hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, and decks are used at guest’s own risk, especially with children.

→ No illegal activity or drug use, this will be reported to authorities

→ Guests must not disturb or endanger neighbours.



🚫 Liability Waiver

→ Guests accept all risks during their stay.

→ Host is not liable for injury, loss, or death on or near the property or using amenities.



🔐Access & Security

→ Lockouts: $200 fee, payable before re-entry

→ Lost/unreturned keys, fobs, remotes: $200 per set

→ Emergency fire call-outs: full charges passed to guest if triggered by misuse.



💵 Extra fees:

→ Non-registered guests: $50 per person, per night

→ No illegal drugs or smoking indoors: $250 fee for deodorizing

→ Smoking damage outdoors (furniture, decking, etc.): $250 fee

→ Pets not allowed, unless approved in writing – $250 penalty + cleaning fees

→ Excess rubbish/cleaning, improper bin use, and missing/damaged items will be charged accordingly.

→ Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: May incur a fee starting from $100, depending on how long the early or late stay is.



💳 Cancellations & Refunds

→ Full refund: cancel within 48 hrs of booking if check-in is 14+ days away

→ 50% refund: cancel or change dates at least 7 days before check-in

→ No refund: cancellations or date changes made within 7 days of check-in



⚖️ Default & Legal Action

→ Failure to comply may result in:

– Immediate removal from the property

– Loss of rental fees and bond

– Recovery of any legal, cleaning, or repair costs from the guest



📜 Governing Law

→ This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

→ Booking confirms acceptance of all terms outlined above.

Good location, bright and airy unit. Been renovated nicely.Only thing against it is the 3 flights of stairs, so not suitable for older people.
