The Space:
This apartment is in one of the best locations in downtown Playa del Carmen if you are looking to be near all the action but not right in the middle of it. Enjoy soaking up some warm rays in the rooftop pool, where you’ll have spectacular views of Playa and a peek at the sea in the distance.
The main spaces of the apartment:
- An open floor plan that encompasses the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with colorful beachy decor throughout the apartment! You’ll definitely feel like you’re in the Caribbean.
- There’s a cozy sofa that becomes a sofa bed for flexible sleep space or to accommodate one guest, a coffee table that can be converted into a lap desk so you can use your computer comfortably on the sofa, and a desk that also serves as a dedicated workspace.
- From the LIVING area, you have direct access to your PRIVATE BALCONY, outfitted with a small table and 2 chairs where you’ll really enjoy the view of downtown.
- There’s a DINING table to accommodate 4 comfortably for sit-down meals.

Getting Around:
The distance from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) to your destination called Veranto Condo Living is about 54.7 km | 34 miles. It’s best if you pre-arrange private transportation to/from the airport as taxis are quite expensive. One economical option is the ADO bus which is easy to find as you are exiting the airport.
If you are driving around downtown, just remember there are parking meters you must pay to park and display your parking receipt on the dashboard of your car. Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located, you won’t really need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked upon arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool, and common area regulations, and opening/closing hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
