- Only the specified number of Guests in the reservation can have access to the apartment.

- Must have a valid government picture ID before booking and previous reviews/recommendations from Airbnb Hosts.

- We will also request to verify the Government Photo ID for the guests.

- No refunds if guests violate the requirements above No Party/Event & you will be asked to vacate the apartment.

- Garbage bags will be available for guests. Secured garbage bags must be dropped inside the garbage bin (grey lid) and recycled materials must be dropped inside the recycle bin (blue bin). Please do not leave any garbage bags overnight outside.

- We live in the upstairs area and we are very considerate and conscious of the noise level for our guests downstairs.

- Please No Parties, events, or gatherings. Noise travels very easily.

Entire Lower-Level Apartment with access to the Backyard
Kindly Remove your shoes when entering the house before entering the apartment.

When you stay with us you will enjoy the lower level of the house.
The apartment is self-contained and very private from the rest of the house. The apartment has its own private separate entrance. "You will feel like you are the only ones in the house".
Other things to note
Compliments on the day of arrival -:

- Water Bottles, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Kitchen towel,Tissues will be provided.
Body wash, toothpaste, hand soap, bath towels, face towels, linens & queen comforter sets are provided.

- Extra Pillows and a Comforter provided for the sofa bed.
Iron Board and Iron Box will be provided.
Ensure that the counters are kept dry at ALL TIMES!! Any water left for significant periods will bleed through and can damage the countertop.

- For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is a video/voice camera at the front and the side of the house. The driveway is covered by the video/voice camera too.
