The Space:

With wall to ceiling glass windows upstairs and down this really is a perfect home for enjoying great views! The Spa corner bath off master bedroom, large social dinning area, barbeque and separate wash room all mean the property is well set up for a self catering large family and or slightly longer stay.
There are four bedrooms in total.
Three bedrooms being located downstairs, all having sliding glass doors onto there own patio space, facing the lake. Each bedroom has its own executive bathroom with large walk-In shower, master bedroom having corner spa bath in addition.
The fourth bedroom is small having no bathroom, occumpants would use another bedrooms abthroom. It being a room located directly adjacent to the lounge area and having a Queen sized bed as seen in photos. Perhaps ideal for children or, smaller adult/s. All photos shown, have a description in them of area in shot. There is a seperate shared WC room, located on ground floor.
The second bedroom is set up by default as a king bed, this can be split on prior request, into two king singles as seen in photos.
The Sheeting for all beds is of high quality, white and commercial hotel standard, with all towels being provided.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in an excellent executive style residential housing neighbourhood, bordering Queenstown centre and overlooking our incredible lake and Remarkable mountain views. The Sherwood is located very nearby offering excellent modern cuisine and wine if you fancy something super closeby and special.
Getting Around:
A car is probably practical or taxi, suggest if hiring bikes to hire electrical to manage most of the Queenstown area as other than lake edge, you'll be on a hillside. The public bus system in Queenstown area is good. From down town will get you to most places in the area and with a new system rolled out recently being just $2.00 fares, its great value. Uber probably needs more cars available at the moment but can be a good option. Queenstown Taxi services company is very good and our recommendation it being very reliable. If traveling from the airport, the Airport Shuttle mini bus and trailer is a great group option.
