The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse are not available as of Jan 12, 2025.

All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid surface kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. This condo does not have a dishwasher. There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
