As you make your way to the property through the scenic countryside to the property, you will feel the calmness and serenity your group is yearning for wash over them instantly.
All four elegantly styled bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter and enjoy the peaceful rural views.

Just an easy 5 minute drive from town you are close to both Orange CBD and North Orange Shopping Centre. This area is known for it's close proximity to town, the beautiful homes on acreage and it is also the birth place of Banjo Patterson.

Once you arrive into the CBD of Orange you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, bars, parks & more! Some of our best vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 10-15 minutes by car! Visit Swinging Bridge, Mortimers Wines, or ChaLou Winery for some of the region's best tastings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.
