Spider Web City
Where do I start? I have never seen so many spider webs in a garage in my life. I could not even guess as to when the floor had been swept last. When you put up the garage doors webs and dirt would just hang from the doors. The outside deck flooring and fence is in serious need of replacement. The patio furniture cushions were so torn up I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to sit on. One of us went to sit on one of the island stools and the seat and backing fell off and almost fell to the ground. 3 out of 6 bulbs on the dining room light were burned out as well as a living room light, a kitchen ceiling light and the refrigerator light. One of the vanity doors in the bathroom was broke. The bedding was dated as well. As you walk around the house there was crap just laying beside the house and junk laying all over the yard. The kitchen was stocked with very chinsey silverware, dull knives and plastic plates. I would be ashamed to claim this as one of my rentals. I'm curious as to when the last time the owner had actually been there last. Disgusting rental. I even took pictures being wary of being blamed for such disregard.
