A few steps from the house is an additional large self-contained bungalow, with spacious combined bedroom and living room with split system for heating and cooling plus there is a large bathroom. This fantastic independent space offers a private retreat for a family, couples or teens! A hot and cold outdoor shower located on the deck is a handy option for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Outside features include north facing entertaining on a hardwood deck, which is surrounded by a landscaped native garden. This is a heavenly place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and is perfectly set up for outdoor dining and entertaining.

This home enjoys an exceptional location, with walking distance to all Aireys Inlet key attractions. Walk directly across the road to pick up coffees and croissants, groceries or better still the best restaurants on the coast. For casual afternoon beverages, the Aireys pub is also just a stone throw away.

Split Point lighthouse, surf coast walking tracks are all just a couple of blocks away. Best yet are incredible surf beaches.

There is also public transport close by, which is super for international or local travellers that don’t want to drive!
