Great base for a stay in Upolu

We had a great stay in Samoa. The house is comfortable and located near to supermarkets and Apia centre. Phil and his mum wre very helpful :-)

Just beautiful!

Elaine was very accomodating to my family on a very short notice. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The accommodation was 5mins to town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if opportunity arise.

Great accommodation and helpful host

Just like the photos, lovely gardens, extremely clean and tidy and spacious, great outside covered in patio.1.5k to Apia centre. Host, Eileen was a wonderful and friendly host, Eileen had everything we needed to get started for our Samoan holiday, coffee, tea, milk etc. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again in this Private Estate in Samoa. Thanks Eileen.

Loved this place!

This place is perfect! Clean and cozy! They have everything you need there. The outside was beautiful!!! My one and two year old really liked it :) they loved feeding the kitten every day! We ended up getting in late so it was difficult to find in the dark, but besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property, from the owner who is very welcoming polite and well prepared home with more amenities that I can think of. If I could I would mark this more than 5 stars. Very close to the city and shops that sell beautiful local food. This property is 2mins drive from Tuanaimato and sport centre where Netball, Volleyball Soccer, Rugby and Tag are mainly located for Upcoming Teuila festivals around September. I am more likely going to book here for future dates and my friends and family are too. Thank you to the lovely hosts for this magnificent accomodation.

Staying at Elaine’s property was a delightful experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to ATMs, shops, and beautiful Catholic churches in town. The home was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. My elderly parents enjoyed relaxing and watching their Samoan programs on the smart TV, which they accessed using cell phone Wi-Fi for YouTube, Facebook, and more. We felt safe, as the house was surrounded by screen-wired protection from mosquitoes and flies. The amenities, including air conditioning, laundry facilities, and a microwave, made our stay even more comfortable. Elaine and her son Phil were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. As typical Samoans, my parents loved this place, as it allowed us to welcome relatives and friends who came to visit. I highly recommend this property!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Home from Home

This was our home from home. It's close to town, had everything we need. Clean, tidy and very safe. Air-conditioned but we did not need that.. There is a nice breeze going through the house. Windows have a flyscreen so no problem to leave them open. Elaine, the owner was so lovely, we were said to go home. It's a perfect place for a base to explore the island. Highly recommend it. Close to a petrol station and a supermarket. Great value for money.

Great place in Apia

Thank you to our hosts for the house being very clean with water and supplies for hot drinks ready for us. Our flight came in very early at 4 AM and by the time we got a taxi to the house, it was barely 6 AM. Elaine was there ready and waiting for us and showed us the property. The estate is very beautiful and quiet, but only five minutes from the city center. we had two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom, a spacious living area and a double kitchen. We used it as a center of operations for three nights in that area. This property is a very good value and we would definitely stay there if we come back this way.

Beautiful Homestay

We were in Apia for 7 days to attend the CHOGM 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by how neat and tidy the property was and very spacious. My work colleague was a person with a disability and the home was very accessible for her. The hostess went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She maintained the home beautifully, checking that rubbish was cleared everyday and fresh towels and sheets were ready on hand. I recommend this property 💯 % to anyone looking to stay in Apia for a few days. We loved staying at home to do our work when we were not attending meetings. It was so serene and quiet and with the air-conditioned rooms, very conducive for work. Thank you Phil and Elaine. We hope we can visit again soon.
