The home’s porches are a highlight, wrapping around the upper floor to create the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversations. Downstairs, a covered patio & outdoor shower make beach days even easier, while the garage doubles as a game space with a ping pong table, beach essentials, & a gas grill. Vehicle beach access just a block away means you can easily bring everything you need for a day by the water.

Comfortable interiors
The open-concept top floor invites everyone to gather. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a Keurig coffee maker flows into the dining area and a spacious living room where you can relax after a day in the sun. The elevator connects all three levels, making the entire home accessible and convenient for all guests.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms & four bathrooms provide comfort for up to 12 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bath, cable TV, and a porch with seating for quiet evenings. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and smart TV, while another bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle includes its own bath. On the ground floor, a bunk room with two sets of bunks and trundles is perfect for younger guests, and an additional queen bedroom completes the layout. Extra pillows, blankets, & linens ensure everyone has what they need for a restful stay.

Fun for everyone
This home was designed with both relaxation and play in mind. Kids will love the foosball table, games, & cozy bunk room, while adults can take advantage of multiple lounging spaces indoors and out. The combination of open gathering areas and private retreats makes it easy for groups to balance togetherness with downtime.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
