This house was perfect! Very clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the games, towel warmers, and all the kitchen supplies. The info binder was so helpful and we referred to it many times. The hot tub was perfect to sit and watch all the deer in the fields. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and property

This is a lovely home, beautiful property with an amazing view. It’s immaculately clean, modern remodeling with rustic accents and great attention to detail. Great dining area inside and outside on patio. Enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and corn hole play area. Best VRBO experience ever. Would very highly recommend staying here.

Great place in city with country views

We booked this trip as a place to warm up after ice fishing and for the non ice fishing family members to hang out. We enjoyed the hot tub to say the least! The property was very clean and relaxing. We will stay again if in the area for sure. Great communication with the owners the whole stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re able to.

This home is simply a gem. My partner and I stayed here for three nights while visiting the hot springs. By the end we were in love with the place and wished it was our own! Very warm, simple decor, quiet neighborhood, thoughtful furnishings, clear, prompt communication from Sylvia & co, and what a view! It's tucked away in a quiet corner of a legacy BV neighborhood with lots of space between homes, and the mountains fill the living room and bedroom windows. You could tell the owners have sharp attention to detail and an understanding of how best to enjoy the property. It isn't overly lavish, and it doesn't need to be. But it is sooo comfortable and inviting. The wood stove is well-stocked and adds the perfect ambiance. The kitchen is well-furnished with everything you need to cook meals or entertain. The hot tub is clean, warm, and looks out to the mountains (we would have used it more if not doing the hot springs). We saw lots of deer milling around in the fields beyond the backyard. The bed was so comfortable that I took a picture of the mattress and am going to buy the same one!All in all, a wonderful place for a getaway (or longer stay) that is obviously very well cared for. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

We loved our stay in this beautifully remodeled, super clean, and comfortable home! Our kiddos loved the bunk room and we found all the beds to be very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and loved having nightly fires in the fire pit (really appreciated the firewood!). The location is truly perfect! It is close (walkable) to main street, yet very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful backyard views. Just a heads up that in July the mosquitos were very aggressive outside, but that’s just Colorado I suppose! We would love to return and highly recommend this home!

Beautiful, updated home in quiet neighborhood

Our family of five (three teens) stayed in this beautiful home. Everything was beautifully renovated and very clean. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, including kitchen and bathroom supplies. The view was amazing and we enjoyed playing bags and relaxing in the hot tub every day. The house is very convenient to town and we enjoyed watching the surfers on the river and strolling through the town. We would highly recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Spring break family vacation

Very lovely charming home, with amazing views of the mountains, close to downtown. House was immaculate, we loved the heated towel racks and bathroom floor. Beautifully decorated with modern upgrades! Beds and linens were soft and so comfortable! Our kids/teenagers enjoyed staying in the bedroom with the bunk beds. We all enjoyed the relaxing hot tub every night! We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful Stay

This charming cottage is lovely, comfortable and private. Great views of the mountains and field behind the house, but I loved having Aspen close by the patio. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The mini splits were quiet and kept the cottage a perfect temperature. We appreciate that the outside photos are actually accurate instead of hiding another cabin’s front door 2 feet from this one. We will remember this cottage to come back to!

A gem of a place

We absolutely loved this clean and bright home and its amazing views. From the moment we arrived, we felt it was a unique haven. Hosts Ben and Syliva put considerable thought into renovating this place, with no detail overlooked. We were in town for a wedding and stayed with our three grown sons. The whole place shows even better than the pictures, especially the beautifully landscaped back garden with sun-filled views of open golden fields being irrigated against an incredible mountain backdrop. The kitchen is well-supplied, and the bathrooms are gorgeous. We had one little hiccup with the internet, but Ben was on it and communicated instantly with us to get it fixed. We will be back most definitely. Overall, it is a beautiful, peaceful retreat close to downtown BV.

AMAZING AND TRANQUIL

My sister and I stayed here and had the most relaxing regenerating stay. It was a zen like setting, mountains and beautiful landscaped back yard. The hot tub was private and helped us wind down after our day of shopping and hot springs spa treatments. I only regret we were not there longer, as we booked a quick weekend getaway. This home has been updated with the most modern high end appliances and furniture. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with one room having 2 full/twin bunks for a family. There was a cozy wood burning fireplace in the great room with lots of wood provided for our use. A lot of places I visit have trouble with wifi and tv's, but everything in this home worked flawlessly. I will definitely be back.

A ZEN GETAWAY

My sister and I just wanted a relaxing weekend getaway, I wish we could have stayed longer. It was one of the more beautiful cottages I've ever had the privilege to enjoy. Beautiful setting with mountain views, high end furnishings, well stocked kitchen, private patio with hot tub, and what I call a zen garden. Was surprised to find all the amenities we needed, everything looked brand new. Loved the set up~the master bedroom and the additional room with 2 full size beds and 2 twins for a family. I had such a good nights sleep and so did my sister on the comfortable beds. Main Street is a few minutes drive, we shopped and visited a couple of the bars and restaurants. Cottonwood Inn and Spa is 10 minutes away, I highly suggest booking a massage and reiki session there! I will definitely come back!

Dream Home Getaway!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible view. It was truly the perfect backdrop for a serene and picturesque getaway. The location also couldn't have been better. Just a short and pleasant walk brought us right into the heart of town, where we found charming shops, delightful cafes, and delicious cocktails. It was so convenient to be able to explore without having to drive or look for parking. The house itself was a dream come true. The backyard was an oasis of tranquility, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. It was well-maintained, spacious, and offered a sense of privacy that made it feel like a true retreat. We enjoyed playing cornhole at dusk, watching the stars from the hot tub and swinging in the hammock. The interior of the house was also incredibly cozy, with comfortable furnishings and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We cannot recommend this property enough!

Fantastic! Highly Recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! A group of 6 women gathered to celebrate a milestone and the house was exactly what we needed. It was updated, clean, well decorated, comfortable, and tucked away in the perfect location. Located just one mile from BV’s shopping/dining street, we were able to hop in the car or take a lovely walk past a park to arrive at dinner. The house’s yard was tranquil and picturesque with stunning views of the mountains and little deer friends who visited in the mornings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were plenty of plates, cups, and wine glasses. There were a few board games provided, although we didn’t play any. The primary room was spacious and had a private exterior door to the backyard. The secondary bedroom fit 4 adult women perfectly in cozy & comfortable bunk beds. The bathrooms were luxurious and provided hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner & a hair dryer. The hot tub was perfectly placed outside to stare at the landscape while drinking my morning coffee (just make sure to set the temperature to your liking upon arrival so it’s nice and hot a few hours later). There were two tables for outdoor dining and a corn hole set in the yard, as well. Ample parking for multiple cars without being cramped. The neighbors were not noticeable which is a great thing while on vacation! The homeowner was communicative and acquiesced to our early check in request. He sent check in/check out instructions a few days in advance- which is hugely helpful when working with a group coming in from all over the country. I would highly recommend this house for families, friends, or a solo trip to Buena Vista.

The house was extremely clean, well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Fantastic outdoor patio, firepit, and hot tub! The views were also amazing, looking right at 3 different 14K feet peaks.
