Open Living Room/Dining Room with wood floors, vaulted ceiling & ceiling fans. Easy one level living, complemented by comfortable furnishings and a modern kitchen & laundry.

Strict occupancy limit of 5 in this cottage with limited parking for only 2 cars. (Fireplace and Loft not for use please).

NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home!
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on dune anytime.
