We have stayed here several times. Across the street from beach access, heated pool, walking distance to Camille’s coffee shop.

Overall it was a great area and we had what we needed. I feel like a welcome packet or some information would have been very helpful, as I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have that on arrival. We were unsure on a few things and the company was responsive. However, we went to the beach access across from the place as told and were told we needed to leave and find a public area. The WiFi/TV lagged every day and would freeze for hours which was unfortunate with kids. Otherwise, the pool and area was nice.

I'm sorry for the confusion on the beach access-the building directly across the street from Nantucket Cottages is private but the public beach access is directly next to that building. Unit 3B

Good MorningThere are a few things that I'd like to point out to you in reference to unit 3B. First an most importantly, there are roaches. There are plenty around stove area, which made us very uncomfortable, because of this, we did not cook in the unit. We did take pictures. Also, the toilet is loose and wobbly. The shower needs a soap rack. It is very uncomfortable taking a shower and having to keep grabbing for the soap outside the shower. The rug in the living room area is disgustingly dirty and needs to be replaced . The table in the living room , the leg is broken. We feel that paying the money we spent to stay here and seeing roaches is very much unacceptable. V/r,
