This apartment was perfect for my stay. I really enjoyed the hiking trail that’s right out the back door. The bed was comfortable enough and the organic coffee was delightful. And it’s true what other people have said, that you can hear the people sharing the main house.

Klamath Falls

Nice little place attached to a main house that also is rented out. You can hear the people in the main house through the walls…it wasn’t that bad though. A bigger night stand next to the bed would be nice. Overall a nice place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood close to town and restaurants.

Studio Retreat

This studio is in a lovely newer residential neighborhood along the ridgeline overlooking Upper Klamath Lake. It was perfect for my stay. The studio faces east towards the undeveloped hillside in a shared home with its own entrance. I could easily come and go. It was very clean with a comfortable king bed and a cozy kitchen with a fridge and microwave. It met all my expectations.

Place is attached to a house. Insulation is so bad, you can hear the smallest sound. Bed is extremely bad. When you turn the fan, light is turned on. Place is very clean though.

Here are some insights from the homeowner: -We assure you that the suite is well-insulated, although it is attached to the main house. We apologize for any noise from other guests that may have disturbed you. -Regarding the king bed, it is the same type used throughout the main house, and we often receive positive feedback about its comfort. We understand that everyone has different sleeping preferences, and we regret that the bed did not meet your needs. -The suite is equipped with a large mini split unit with both heating and air conditioning functions, along with a ceiling fan. Both the mini split and the fan have remotes that allow guests to control the light and fan functions separately. We apologize if this was unclear, and we will consider adding detailed instructions in our Welcome Book. -Should you choose to stay with us again, please feel free to reach out during your stay so we can address any issues promptly. Stopover in Klamath

The check in instructions refer to a lockbox but it’s actually a coded keypad. I had to text the property manager for instructions, but once I got them it was easy. There wasn’t any shampoo even though it is listed. There were people staying in the other unit so it was noisy but that was mentioned in the description. I would have liked a place to sit outside, but it was fine as I just was there to go hiking not hang out.
