A retro A-frame house in the quaint "National Park Village". The village is surrounded by two World Heritage listed National Parks and is the gateway to the Central Plateau area and the dual World Heritage listed Tongariro National Park.
This has been a much loved family holiday home for many years, but now we wish to share it with you, so you too can enjoy the multitude of exciting activities and adventures this stunning part of our country has to offer.
The cosy, comfortable lounge and dining area is gets all day sunlight and has both a woodburner and a heatpump (with air conditioning). The Smart TV has Netflix and Chromecast etc, the Wifi is on fibre, and there's an arcade gaming machine that's loaded with over 1,000 games.
There are two bedrooms downstairs with brand-new double beds, and a large bedroom upstairs for the kids that sleeps 5.
Duvets and pillows are provided. All other linen (including snuggly flannette sheets) is available on request and at an extra charge per person for the duration of your stay.
Internally accessed garage for your bikes and skis, plenty of off-street parking, and a huge lawn for the kids to play.
A two minute walk to the lovely Station Cafe. Other cafes and pubs are an easy walk. Walk the perimeter of the village in 25 minutes and enjoy the bright starry nights. Our skies are so clear here.
Four hours from Auckland and a little more from Wellington.
