Located in a new Prestigious Ocean Blue Estate which is quiet and safe. 15 minutes walk to the Wetside Water Park for kids to enjoy water slides, a splash pad, wave machine (free of charge from the Council) and coffee shops, eateries and supermarkets.

2 Smart TVs – in living area and in master bedroom with basic Foxtel account to use for free. You can use your Netflix, Disney or other accounts. 2 Blu-Ray DVD players, selection of DVD movies and cartoons. Broadband WiFi unlimited Internet access provided.

5 bedrooms in total. 3 bedrooms with King size beds and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. Quality cotton linen, towels and quality comfortable mattresses, King Coil King mattresses.

Master bedroom with on suite and large walk in robe. A spacious second bathroom and a separate toilet.

Powerful air conditioners in the living room and master bedroom, all rooms have ceiling fans.

Extra blankets and dooner covers are located in the build-in robes and in the tallboys in the bedrooms.

Off-street parking is available on the driveway (garage not accessible for guests). Free unlimited parking on the street.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

Bed linen and towels included. BYO beach towels. Additional blankets in the property.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Drying rack is available for inside and cloths line is available outside.

Please take good care of the property and report any damage or malfunctioning items to us as soon as first noticed so we can take steps to rectify so as to not unnecessarily impact the next guest.

The host welcomes parents of children who ensure that their children are adequately

supervised.

Cameras located in the front of the property and at the back of the property for security. There are no cameras at outside BBQ entertainment area. There are no cameras inside the house.
