What We Love

The Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo and the city skyline out to Sydney Tower fill the view from this three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Pyrmont. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors run the length of the living area and slide open to a wide balcony set high above the heritage wharves and marina. With a long outdoor dining table, a barbecue and the harbour below, it is the natural spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the city lights come on.

Inside, the layout is open plan and full of natural light. A large modular sofa and deep green armchairs face the view, with soft carpet, timber joinery and warm lamps keeping the space relaxed. Ducted air conditioning and heating keep the whole apartment comfortable year round, and unlimited wifi means streaming and work calls run without a hitch. The kitchen sits behind the lounge with a long stone island bench, gas cooktop, built-in oven and microwave, and a double-door fridge, all open to the living area for easy entertaining. A round dining table beside the balcony doors seats the group for meals indoors. The three carpeted bedrooms are calm and simply styled, each with sliding doors and adjustable louvres for light and privacy, and one opens to its own small balcony with a bistro setting. Pyrmont is a working harbourside suburb with plenty going on. The new Sydney Fish Market opened in January 2026 at the head of Blackwattle Bay, with more than 40 seafood traders, cafes and restaurants under one roof. The Star is close by, home to the Lyric Theatre and restaurants including Flying Fish and Sokyo, while LuMi Dining on Wharf 10 serves Italian with a Japanese twist. For a slower afternoon, Pirrama Park has open lawns, barbecues and clear views to the bridge.

Getting around is easy. Pyrmont Bay ferry wharf runs direct services to Circular Quay, where you can connect to Manly or wander to the Opera House and Royal Botanic Garden. The light rail links you to Chinatown and Central, and the CBD is a walk across Pyrmont Bridge. On New Year's Eve, the balcony puts you in front of the fireworks without the crowds.

- Pirrama Park: a waterfront park with lawns, a playground, barbecues and open views of the Harbour Bridge, ideal for a morning walk or picnic.

Getting around
- Public transport: The F4 ferry from Pyrmont Bay wharf runs to Circular Quay via Barangaroo and Milsons Point, with connections to Manly, Taronga Zoo and the Opera House precinct. The L1 light rail stops at Pyrmont Bay, The Star and Fish Market, linking you to Chinatown, Central Station and the inner west. Bus route 389 runs between Pirrama Road and Town Hall, and the CBD is a 15 to 20 minute walk across Pyrmont Bridge.
- Uber: Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available in Pyrmont, making getting around quick and convenient at any time of day.
