There is a wood burning fire place (wood is supplied), as well as additional heating in both the lounge and the bedroom, and underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen - there is also a drying cupboard to make sure your ski boots are warm for the next day.

Squatters Run 11 really is like a home away from home. A platinum Foxtel package is included with over 100 channels as well as a Smart TV and of course free wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge has everything you should need including electric oven and stove top, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry facilities include an all-important washing machine and dryer. There is one bathroom which includes a bath for the kids, BBQ with outdoor seating and private (outdoor) parking space.
