Summary:

Spend some quality time in what locals know as some of the best water on Table Rock Lake! Breathe, relax & set your watch to Lake time!



The Space:

Kimberling City is where it's all at for boating, fishing and all things lake related. Being only minutes away from Silver Dollar City and every bit of the Branson fun! At Lakehouse you're only 100 yards from the water. Walk over to "what's up doc" for any last-minute supplies or boat rentals. It's just a quick jot over to the grocery store and shopping. You will have an adorable and remodeled cabin to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, with updated décor throughout the entire place, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out on the front porch and take in the sounds of the lake or the crackling of the fire from the pit.



Kitchen includes: fully equipped with everything needed to whip up some hearty meals, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, and everything needed to keep the cook on their game!



Bathroom includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryer, hand soap, soft towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Living room: soft seating, large streaming T.V., updated décor, and plenty of room for the group.



Exterior includes: front patio area, outdoor seating, firepit, gas grill, and feel free to take in the beautiful views!

This cabin was great. It was cozy and quiet! I loved sitting outside drinking coffee. We had some internet issues but very quick responses. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake House Getaway

My husband and I rented this home for just a few days to get away. He loves to fish and we were looking for a place with easy lake access that was also comfortable for me. This cabin worked out great. There is a dock right by the cabin and we could easily go back and forth. The cabin was well stocked and clean and has been updated. It was a very nice stay!

Perfect holiday weekend getaway

Absolutely loved the lake house. The home is immaculate and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the boats come in and out. Location is perfect. We will be back.

Items that were to be supplied, such as kitchen dish rags, hand towels, sheets for the pull-out bed, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, and bath towels, were not provided. The entire house had dirty floors, and our master bedroom sheets had been previously slept on without being washed before we arrived. The master shower was dirty and the shower curtain liner was gross (picture attached). Overall, I would not stay there again and was disappointed in our experience, especially with the amount that we paid for the three-day stay.

Hello, we're terribly sorry that this was your experience. We hold our standards for cleanliness very high and try to uphold that for each guests arrival. We have since gotten new housekeeping staff at this location who have been doing a wonderful job and making sure all supplies are provided and guests show up to a clean and comfortable space.

Cabin was very dirty

The cabin was very dirty - hair, dust, stains, etc. everywhere and lots of ants. Luckily didn't spend much time inside. The location was great, but the cleanliness of the cabin was awful. Baseboards are also completely covered in hair, dirt, dust.

Property was small but clean & nice. Could use additional coffee cups. There were only 3 coffee mugs. Provided Keurig cups would be nice as well - wasn’t aware there wasn’t a regular coffee pot. Beds were not very comfortable. We were warned WiFi wouldn’t be reliable but it did not work the entire time we were there, wasn’t ever an option to try to connect to. TV was only Roku so couldn’t use it given no WiFi connection. Pool/hot tub on the property was closed & looked like has not been open all year. Overall, was a decent place to stay.

Was Disappointed that the property was Not Very Well Maintained. Floors were Gritty & Dirty. Apparent Water Leak Issue in Master Bath/Bedroom....Baseboard Damage & Discoloration. Shower Curtains were Nasty. Bunk room Shower Leaks/ Sprays out of shower area. Floor in this bath is Damaged. Trash under tvstand & behind couch. Couch cushion has candy stuck on underside. Empty water bottle behind couch looks like its been there awhile.There were Dirty fingerprints on Tv, refrigerator & doors. Livingroom rug was a Fall hazard. Shelf falling apart in Master Bathroom. Ad said Dock Fishing availability but all the Docks had Private Access!? So many Issues with this home! I dont believe it is up to VRBO Standards. Was NOT WORTH 800 for 3 nights!

However, since this unfortunate mishap, we've gotten a wonderful new housekeeping crew and the unit has undergone a deep clean and all maintenance addressed. No Water

Had no water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed at property. Property manager did a great job calling us with updates, but they kept saying it was fixed and it never was until night before we left. Figured we would get some sort of discount since we had to shower a few times at the campsite near by. No one has reached out to discuss.

Good location but…

This location was great for wanting to be on the lake. We only needed it as a sleep/shower spot as we were here to visit locals. When we arrived and checked in, the unit was not cleaned from the last checkout. Was wanting to shower after a 6 hour drive but did not want to touch anything. Packed the car back up, notified the rental team and they had housekeep come out. Unit wasn’t ready u til after 5:30pm. When going back in, started shower. Water smelled AWFUL. It is well water but this company should do something to treat the water so it doesn’t smell, like mud and feces. Was so bad. So shower was super brief cuz I couldn’t stand the smell. The king bed was great cuz it was king size, but the hardness of the mattress was king sized too. Don’t sleep. All the outside area lights made the unit inside light up all night too. Need curtains on all windows, that fit the windows and then some extra to overlap seams. Need outside light at door that is on whenever it is dark, besides the one that is there with a switch that isn’t labeled and hums really loud when you turn it on, like it has a short in it. Needless to say, will not return.
