This home features two bedrooms and two full baths with a loft area, beautiful kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops, a lovely patio with gas grill, and comfortable outdoor seating.
The first level features the primary bedroom, living room & washer/dryer. An en-suite bath is located on the second level with a walk-in closet and additional loft space. Condo has three split system A/C units.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
