Living Spaces
This property is spread over three levels and has been designed to promote open-concept living. Much of the inside of the property is brand new and every element has been thoughtfully added to enhance our guests' experience. The impressive size of this property means there's plenty of room for everyone to be together but also enough space if you're craving a little rest and relaxation alone. The double-height ceilings in the main living area let light and warmth stream in, creating a bright and airy space for your group to gather. The plush three-seater couch with a footrest and an additional armchair provide ample space to get comfortable in front of the fireplace. Or, when everyone is busy elsewhere in the house, sink into the armchair and soak up a moment of solitude with a good book or your favorite podcast. The huge lower-level recreational space is a mecca of fun and is a great place to spend evenings or rainy afternoons. Challenge your friends to a game of pool on the full-size table, or pull up a chair at the card table to flex your poker skills. The oversized couch will comfortably accommodate your group for an all-night movie marathon or a nail-biting game featuring your favorite sports team. For quieter moments of fun, raid the games chest or the bookshelf and find a peaceful spot in the cozy den or the well-sized sitting room, which also has an additional TV. Casa Bianca also has a large laundry room plus an additional washer and dryer which is useful for refreshing your vacation clothes during your trip. The mud room provides even more space for hanging coats, storing shoes, and keeping the main living space free of clutter.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Sunday - Sunday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The chefs in your group will love working their magic in the newly-refreshed gourmet kitchen. Both cooks and diners will love the scent of expertly-prepared dishes being sauteed and simmered on the stainless steel gas range stove. The farmhouse sink and the oversized island give your designated sous chefs lots of room to prep, and in the cupboards, you'll find every imaginable appliance to help make light work of mealtimes. The large refrigerator and walk-in pantry provide plenty of space for groceries, ensuring you have everything you need on hand for the next family feast. The rustic dining table comfortably seats eight adults and has a superb vantage point for watching the action in the kitchen. Here, your group can spend long, sociable mealtimes together, sharing hearty food as well as hearty laughter. There are also four stools at the island for informal dining and casual snacks, as well as a beautifully sunlit breakfast nook that makes the perfect place to start the day right.

Bed & Bath
With seven, bright, luxurious, and spacious bedrooms to choose from, you're guaranteed a comfortable night's sleep. The primary suite is on the first floor and has a lavish four-poster king bed that'll have you sleeping like royalty. Double doors open onto the porch, giving guests easy access to the property's outdoor area for a peaceful evening glass of wine. Back inside this beautifully spacious room, you'll also find a plush armchair and footstool which makes an idyllic spot for a quiet moment of reading or catching up on social media. This room's private bathroom wouldn't look out of place in a five-star boutique hotel. The clawfoot soaking tub is a tranquil spot to soak your aches away and the walk-in shower has plenty of room for two. The beautifully big windows are the icing on the cake of this dream bathroom. A second double room on the first floor benefits from multiple windows that let light stream in and fill the space. Or maybe you'd prefer to draw the blinds and climb into bed for a restful evening of reading by lamplight: the choice is yours. This room's private bathroom has a large walk-in shower, marble vanity, and a large mirror with plenty of lighting for fixing your hair ahead of a day out in South Haven. Up on the second floor, you'll find one well-sized bedroom with a queen bed and another room with two twin beds. The twin beds are generously sized for a comfortable night's sleep, there's a desk that could double as a dressing table, and the overhead fan keeps things cool on those warm Michigan nights. These rooms share a newly re-vamped bathroom with a large shower and double vanity, giving guests lots of room to get ready in the morning. Heading to the lower level, you'll find another bedroom with a king bed so cozy you'll want to spend all day in it. The flatscreen TV is a handy addition if you find you can't drag yourself from under the high-quality bed linens, and there's a comfortable chair by the window that gets the perfect light for reading or journaling. The second room on this floor has four twin beds and a TV and is perfect for sleepovers if there are kids (or kids at heart) in your group. These rooms share a stylish monochrome bathroom with a combined tub and shower and a spacious vanity. If you're traveling with a big group, the den on the first floor doubles as an additional bedroom and has a twin daybed that comfortably sleeps one person.

Outdoor Amenities
Casa Bianca's fenced-in backyard oasis is a safe and private space for your group to hang out and make memories together. The outdoor pool is where guests love to spend sunny days splashing around. Relax in the shallow end with friends, or get your group together for a high-octane water volleyball tournament: the choice is yours. When playtime is over for the day, the auto cover makes light work of covering up the pool to keep everyone safe (especially little guests). Four cushioned, reclinable, loungers line the pool's edge, giving guests front-row seats for all the poolside fun. There are also plenty of paved and grassy areas to lie out and while away a tranquil afternoon, plus a pair of parasols for the shade-bathers in your group. An outdoor kitchen and dining area ensure that refreshing drinks and snacks are always on hand. Fire up the BBQ for poolside hot dogs or grab a stool at the al fresco breakfast to watch your group's chief snack-maker in action and be the first to get your hands on the goods. When the sun goes down, it's time to light up the fire pit and settle into the Adirondack chairs for an evening of laughter and conversation under the moonlight. Or, for ultimate relaxed vibes, head to the large, screened porch, get the fireplace going, and settle in front of the flat-screen TV to catch up on your favorite streaming shows. Top tip: Bag the swinging day bed before anyone else — it's the best reading nook imaginable. Guests will also find a half bathroom and outdoor shower in the back yard which is handy for getting cleaned up after a fun day at the beach or in the water. Around the front of the house is a double drive and garage with plenty of space to park multiple vehicles.
