From the condo's balcony, you can see and hear the Atlantic Ocean while you sip your morning coffee. Accommodating up to five guests, the bedroom has both a double and twin bed, and also offers a desk/computer nook with a flat screen TV, while the living room has a double sleeper sofa. Condesa's desirable location is a quick walk to the beach and popular Coconuts Beach Bar & Grille and a short drive to downtown Ocean City and the famous Boardwalk. Property rents mini weeks/full weeks in season with a check in/out day of Thursday or Sunday. Off season is any three nights.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. A linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
