Whitewater Beach House
This absolute beach front property is as close as it gets to experiencing the ultimate peaceful beach family holiday. Nothing can be more relaxing than watching the morning sun rising on the horizon and listening to the local birds singing. Whether you are into fishing, surfing, swimming, bird watching dolphin watching or just sunbathing, this place has it all conveniently located in your rear yard. Two minutes drive to shops. Cafes abound.
The Space
This absolute beach front home is tucked away from the street and has direct access to Old Bar beach from the rear yard shared with only two other units. Fishing and surfing can be done directly from the house rear yard, whilst swimming between the flags is a 12 to 15 min stroll north along the beach to Old Bar Surf Club. Local bird watching routes are very popular in this part of the mid North Coast with the Saltwater National Parks nature walk, Khappinghat National Park and Manning Entrance state park close by.
+ The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a large ensuite with a bathtub, it has direct access to the balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has direct access to the rear garden/beach via a full height sliding glass door and has ceiling fans. The third bedroom has two single beds with ceiling fans. All bedrooms have built in sliding mirrored door wardrobes.
+ The property boasts 2 and a half bathrooms, the main bathroom being located downstairs, includes bathtub/shower and toilet. The large ensuite located upstairs in the main bedroom has a toilet and bathtub/spa. A third separate toilet is located upstairs also for the patronâs convenience.
+ The living area is conveniently combined with the kitchen, dining and lounge room all with views to the ocean. The dining area has a 6 seat dining table and the lounge has a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs with a 65 inch Samsung TV.
+ Air-conditioning is fitted to the Living areas and also main bedroom, whilst the downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans.
+ The front balcony contains a LPG gas Webber BBQ for grilling those summer meals.
+ The rear balcony is conveniently accessed via two sets of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to a dining area.
+ The kitchen provides plenty of bench space equipped with a Smeg electric induction 4 burner cooktop and oven, a two drawer dishwasher with a fridge and freezer. All required pots and pans, plates, bowls, wine glass, drinking glass, mugs, and utensils are provided.
+ Extras include free Wifi, smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney +, Kayo and Stan to cater for all entertainment needs. For those who like the traditional family time there are a few board games such as dominos, chess and checkers set etc.
+ Lockup parking is available via a single car garage, with extra parking available for another car on the side of the building. More parking is available on the street if required.
+ Linen and bath/face towels, bath mats are provided. However, please bring your own beach towels. Shampoo / Conditioner / body wash and toilet paper are all provided.
