Very night house in a wonderful little town, just 10 minutes north of Niagara falls area. Walking distance to downtown shops and resturants. Clean, spacious living area, nice kitchen. Would recommend and stay again.Only watch out was upstairs bedroom area was very hot upon arrival, too a few house of running the window AC units to cool it off, but was comfortable after that.

Perfect location in a perfect village. I've visited Lewiston dozens of times growing up to see family and I was so thrilled to find a rental so close to center street. The host and their management were communicative and helpful and the house and ammenities were simple and easy to use and follow. Would book again!

The location is great. Downstairs part of house is nice. Open spaces so people can spread out. You can not set the thermostat downstairs. I have never stayed anywhere, where you HAD TO TEXT someone to adjust temperature. Not terrible inconvenient, but a bit odd. Upstairs is very Hot. They do have a window unit upstairs but it can’t keep up since the bedroom is in the attic. My 15 year old went and stayed with his grandparents. Was not usable in the summer. There was a 4 inch gap were vent for AC ended. So every time wind blew, curtains would move. If you are staying in cooler weather, would very much recommend this home. Not so much if it is a hot day in Lewiston,NY.

Perfect size house for a long weekend getaway. House was clean. Could use an ironing board. Seems to be a very small problem with ants but it didn’t deter us from having a good stay. Would def stay there again.

Lovely home for a last minute emergency trip

We booked this home due to a last minute trip to my hometown due to my father passing and we’re happy to have found this home within 10 minutes from my childhood home. The house lovely, quaint, updated older home. The open floor plan on the first floor was very inviting and accommodating. We would book again for another trip home. Some suggestions, the kitchen needs a tall 13 gallon trash can. Th home sleeps 8 but only has table settings for 4. The bathroom added by the garage needs insulated as the hot water did not work well. The shower water controls in both bathrooms need to be checked or replaced as they turn fully and it’s trial and error to find the “sweet spot” to have a warm or hot shower. Only big disappointment was that the beautiful tub was not usable. In all, the house fit our needs and was comfortable. We would book again. Thank you!

Overall a nice house at a good location. House needed several maintenance issues addressed including the whirlpool tub was out of order, the ceiling fan and light in downstairs bedroom was not working and switch was taped off. Trash can in kitchen was really small and not feasible for even just two people. Again nice place but could be better with a little tlc.

Nice place place for a family.

Overall great location, close to downtown and a short drive to attractions. The home itself could use some work, but is comfortable and property manager is quick to reply to any questions or issue. I would recommend to a family looking to enjoy the Niagra area, we found plenty to do even on rain days. For the little one’s there is a park with splash pad just down the street, also nice shops within walking distance. Only small complaints were noted, a very small (bathroom) size garbage can in the kitchen, a musty smell now and again in the main bathroom, and it took awhile to cool down the upstairs bedroom as it uses a portable A/C unit.

Great stay!

We had a great stay and appreciated the updated kitchen. Very comfortable and extremely clean home! Walking distance to town and great restaurants. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Everything was easy about staying here and great communication with the host. Note: 2nd bedroom is upstairs and does not have a bathroom upstairs. Would definitely love stay here again!

Prime location

This home had all we needed to visit family in Lewiston, perfect location. I would, however prepare guests in the summer heat that the upstairs bedroom is an attic space with a portable window a/c that doesn't cool until after midnight, despite letting it run all day; my family of 4 ended up sleeping in the downstairs living area after borrowing an air mattress from family.

There was more than enough room for all off us tho!!!! Kids enjoyed. WE def enjoyed being only 14 mins from Niagra attraction!!!! We enjoyed the mai street of Lewiston. The ac waw on point- at times even tooo cold<<<<< itcwas a plus to have thecwasher n dryer. We like communication with the owner < this place was missing that. We’d stay again tho!

Good place, Good town.

Overall our stay was very good. The place was very clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a few issues, but communications we the host were easy and quick. Our first look at the property presented an unmowed lawn, the grass was very tall. We had trouble with the internet, i had to reset the modem and router daily. The jetted tub which we were looking forward to was "out of order." This was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons we selected this property. The location was awesome! One block off the main strip. The small town is very fun and safe to walk around town. We visited Orange Cat Coffee company daily. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. Good restaurants too, all within walking distance. Overall we would use this property again, I would just ask that if you have stuff that is "out of order," please don't advertise it, or at least mention to the customers what is out of order when booking.

Cute Cottage, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property while we visited Niagara falls. Lewiston is an adorable old town and this cottage is one block off of the main street. There are 2 bakeries in walking distance and many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint is that we could not find extra blankets for the pull out couch.

Niagara Falls Trip

We travelled to see Niagara Falls at the last minute and this was one of the only available rentals. We were pleasantly surprised at the location! The lovely quaint town of Lewiston had everything within walking distance including live music and delicious restaurants as well as a cute little waterfront. It is the perfect location! The house had everything we needed for a 3 day trip.

1 block from the shops & restaurants. Big house & great kitchen. Perfect for late night talks w family & friends!! Great Cozy House!

I had a great stay! Everything was great about the house! The bed was comfortable, it would have been nice if the bed was larger in the main bedroom as the room was spacious. The kitchen was missing some items, like baking sheets and mixing bowls. So bring your own. Would be nice to see a later check out as 10 am is pretty early. 12 would be more ideal. The property is located right behind the strip of bars and restaurants! A great place for food is Griffons, which has a nice view of the water.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Lewiston

House is nicely furnished and very conveniently located. Kitchen could have used a few additional items, like a large bowl or two for pasta or snacks, for example, and some cookie sheets. Also it would have been nice to have a box of tissues! There were only four of us; not quite sure how eight people would have slept (maybe one of the couches is a sleeper sofa?) or comfortably managed with only one bathroom.
