Nice location, centrally located in town, always felt safe. Property was well maintained and enjoyed the upstairs pool. Rooms were clean and had WiFi and tv - felt like home away from home.

The location was perfect everything important was within 3 to 5 mins slow walk. You're basically in the middle of everything the building and the apartment was just my style. The problem i faced was waking up in the morning and refusing to get out of bed cause of the view outside

We rented this unit from Jan.16–Jan. 21, 2026. On Jan.17, there was no water in the unit, and both the host and VRBO were notified. We were in Jamaica for a family funeral, and the lack of water caused us to delay an appointment with the funeral home. On the morning of the funeral (Jan 18), there was again no water. We noticed that at 5:00 AM and when we left at 8:30 AM, there was still no water. To prepare, we were forced to carry buckets of water from the first floor and heat it on the stove in order to wash up. VRBO was notified and requested video proof. During a three-way call initiated by VRBO, the host was combative and refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the funeral and grieving process, relocating on short notice was not feasible, so we stayed after being informed the water had returned.Two days before checkout, the air conditioning in the first bedroom stopped working, and the host responded with frustration rather than assistance. To date, VRBO has refunded the service fees associated with the reservation. The host later attempted to charge us for a bed he claimed was damaged by our party; this claim was untrue. We left the unit in good condition, disposed of all trash, washed dishes and buckets used, and took care of the space.The unit itself was spacious, clean, and offered nice views. However, due to the host’s combative and unprofessional style and the unresolved issues with basic amenities, I would not recommend this property.

We liked the home decor. We liked the view. The building and the unit felt secure, 24 hour gate guard. The unit was received clean, the unit photos are accurate. The pool was not clean. I receive check-in instructions at 3:01pm. I was asked by the host to lease 1 hour before checkout at 11 am. check out was noted as 12 noon in the listing. I left at 1150am. Bring you own coffee and soap.

The property was quiet,clean and secure. However from the start I had a few issues with the property. When booking this property it is necessary that you make conversion of the total amount as it showed me a total in one currency and billed me in another currency which caused the total to go up by a little over $200 so be on the lookout for that. Next while at the location it wasn’t any communication from the host upon my arrival which I found odd because from a prior conversation he informed me that he was waiting on my arrival,from I land I never heard from him. The unit I stayed in didn’t have any hot water and I didn’t bother to reach out to the host because I felt as though for the price I paid it could have been better communication and lastly the elevator stopped working for 2 days causing me having to take several flights of stairs to make it to the 5th floor. It was never no communication about the elevator being down and when it would have been fixed. The unit itself was very spacious and clean however for what I paid for the stay I was disappointed in these minor issues that I felt should have never happen and even if it did should have been communicated better to me who was a guest to the island for the first time. I hope that they sort out the issues because the property has the potential for better.
