The Space:
This beautiful seacoast single family home is 2,234 sqft, dog friendly, has off-street parking for up to 3 cars with a 50AMP fast EV charging station from Autel, consists of 5 bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10 people, and features a rooftop deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

1st Floor: Bedroom #1 with queen bed, bedroom #2 with queen bed, kitchen, living room and cozy three-seasons porch. Please note that the fireplace is non-operational and is not to be used.

2nd Floor: Master bedroom (#3) with king bed, double doors leading from the master bedroom to the rooftop deck (only 4 people are allowed on the upper deck), bedroom #4 with queen bed, bedroom #5 with two twin twin beds.

Home Features: High speed internet, central forced air heat/AC, private patio, 2 Roku Smart TVs - no cable, but Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ subscription included, and the ability to log into your own streaming services like Netflix - all major kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc), 1 work-from-home office desk with 27" monitor, stackable washer and dryer on first level, 3 off-street parking spots tandem in the driveway, a 50AMP fast EV charging station from Autel, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).


Pets: One furry friend welcome with a $100 pet fee, payable post-booking. Kindly ensure doggy bathroom breaks are limited to the backyard. Owners, please be responsible for cleanup. Avoid letting dogs venture onto neighbors' lawns, and keep barking at a minimum to respect our neighbors' privacy. Thank you!

Important: We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains
