This luxury condo features three bedrooms (each with a TV) and 2 1/2 baths. Bed sizes include a King in the primary bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2, two sets of single bunks in bedroom 3, and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The Sea Watch building registration fee is $65 cash or credit card from May 1 to November 1 and includes one parking spot. An additional parking spot may be purchased if available. Form to be completed by guest.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
The Sea Watch offers six elevators, garage parking with security, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, outdoor showers, beach access with a deck area, tennis courts, Billiard Room, Game Room, Basketball courts, theater, and a seasonal sandwich/ice cream shop!
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
