Relaxed yet classy in design this gem located in the heart of South Melbourne has been beautifully renovated, combining its period charm 2 storey home with modern updates throughout. Features you will love include ornamental period fireplace, light filled spacious rooms with high ceilings and a modern kitchen and laundry.
Offering all the privacy you could want whilst you have the fabulous shops, cafes, restaurants & the iconic South Melbourne Market on your doorstep. Off street parking for 1 small car.
This hidden gem is an ideal launching pad to explore the sights of the city, and Melbourne’s calendar of events. Walk to South Melbourne Market and Albert Park Village, wander down to Port Melbourne Beach, or jump on the tram to access the whole city.
As you enter from downstairs you have the kitchen, dining and separate laundry. Upstairs to the generous sized bedrooms, bathroom and living.
Ducted heating and cooling on the upper level to ensure your comfort all year round. Reverse cycle air conditioning unit downstairs for the kitchen and dining area.
The bedrooms are very generous in size.
Bedroom one has king bed and dedicated desk space.
Bedroom two has two king single beds
We have enclosed off street parking for one small car.
Please Note: The internal stairs are very steep.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
