Situated high on a hillside in Oceanside, Oregon, this home is a perfect choice if you want a room with a view. Comfortable and stylish, it’s got a great location and everything you could need to feel right at home. An open-plan layout makes the living spaces sociable, while the huge picture windows offer ocean views at every turn. Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fireplace, or sit on one of the decks – you’ve got three to choose from.

The bedrooms are cozy and well-styled, plus the all-important comfy beds. If you can't leave work behind, this house is a "work-from-home" paradise, with a separate dedicated office with high speed Wi-Fi, two monitors and a land line. Here you will be 5 minutes from Netarts, 15 minutes from Tillamook (cheese and ice cream!), and an hour and a half from Portland. Start the day with a morning walk to the beach, have lunch at a nearby café, barbeque dinner at home with views of Cape Meares, and end the night relaxing at your beach bonfire.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

For a beach day, head down to Tunnel Beach or Oceanside Beach State Park. On foggy mornings, walk along the sand with a cup of coffee from a local café in town and simply listen to the sounds of the tide. Just under six miles away is the Cape Meares Lighthouse and Cape Meares National Wildlife Refuge offering dramatic views of the Oregon Coastline and various tourist attractions.
