Open plan living comes with a queen bed, kitchen, dining table with a separate bathroom.
The ambience is for perfect a summer barbecue or just to relax and soak up the sun and sea air.
You can see the sea from the unit, will hear the sea as you retire for the evening.

Inside the cabin you will find:
• A small, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, sink and cooktop.
• A beautiful and clean bathroom with hand basin, hot shower and toilet the cabin is also fully insulated with a cooling fan is installed.
• A small dining table with chairs, plus two chairs to watch TV.
• A queen-sized bed with extra storage under.

Outside of the cabin you will find:
• A patio deck with a small table & chairs and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxing or perhaps a game of Petanque in the lawn area or just sit in sun with cool drink.

In a fantastic location on the Mahurangi Coastline with fabulous views over the beautiful bay to Kawau Island.
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac with a short footpath onto the 3.5km of a protected safe sandy beach, maybe to try your hand at water sports, fishing, or kayaking, sailing, windsurfing or swimming there is also an all-weather concrete boat ramp at the reserve in the street.

Beautiful artisan bush walks nearby. Walk from the beach up to the local donkey park or visit the numerous wineries for wine tasting or a meal in their peaceful courtyard setting. You can take the walkway along the beach and enjoy the many nearby reserves with their facilities.
Snells Beach has great cafes and village shops to enjoy along with our local friendly pub The Salty Dog Inn.

We are in a very convenient and special location close to Snells Beach Town Centre, Warkworth Town, and charming Matakana Village with specialty shops, weekend farmers market, cafes, and the numerous wineries throughout the area.
The Kawau Island ferry is 10 mins away in Sandspit.

Only 40mins from the Auckland CBD, it doesn't get much better, but you can be the judge.
