In nearly 20 years of renting through VRBO, this is my first negative review of a property. After two days in a row of waking up with bug bites, we stripped the beds to find an infestation of some sort in 5 of the 6 beds. We contacted the owner who said the cleaning lady would bring clean sheets and if she saw bugs, an exterminator would come out. When the cleaning lady brought sheets in from the storage area, there were bugs on those sheets as well. An exterminator never came. Additionally, the internet was so spotty that it was not worth having. There is water damage on the ceiling/wall in one bathroom to the extent that paint is peeling. The pots and pans are teflon and heavily scratched. I understand every property has issues but I was disappointed in the owners response to the bug issue.

Clean and Cozy

Location was perfectly nestled between Eureka Springs and Branson, with easy access to both places. Grocery stores and gas stations are nearby, but you are remote enough to enjoy deer and bunnies every evening. The drive in to the property is picturesque with the tree lined road on one side and the hills on the other. House was exceptionally clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. Beds were clean and smelled freshly laundered. Pillows were so comfy. WiFi is spotty but not a deal breaker for us since most of the day we were out and about busy exploring the area.

Weekend Getaway

Our family of 5 had a relaxing weekend getaway at this home. From 4 months to 12 years old, our 3 kids were all comfortable. We loved the big open living room, kitchen and dining area.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and located in a great location to hit both Eureka Springs and Branson. It had all amenities we needed. The only downfall of our stay was that the WiFi didn’t work so the tv wouldn’t stream; it wasn’t a huge deal, we just had to use the hotspot on our phones. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Place

We stayed there for BBBQ. We enjoyed the location; not busy or noisy. Dollar General just a stones throw away. The “Office Pub” is a great place to eat and socialize just 2 miles away. The house was nice with plenty of seating/area to sit and visit. Beds were comfortable. It was clean except for the shower curtains (12-18” of red mold on both curtains ) those need to be washed like the bedding, after every renter “checks out”! But that is an easy fix.

Time Away

This property is adorable. We were in town for a wedding. Short walk to the lake, where we did some swimming off the shore and collected seashells. We loved the games they had… we enjoyed a game of Life and a few hands of UNO. With the hustle and bustle of life, it was just nice to relax and spend time together as a family. Would definitely stay again.
