This cosy abode boasts ducted heating and cooling in every room of the home (excluding the rear skillion area) to ensure year round comfort. A fireplace has also been appointed to the main living space for extra warmth during the cooler months. Guests will also love the firepit in the spacious backyard.

This includes an IGA + liquor, butcher, beautician, café, newsagency, pharmacy, hairdresser and so much more. You are located only 300m from the South Dubbo Tavern showcasing excellence in dining, and abundance of sporting memorabilia, huge beer garden and playground.

· A short 300m walk will find you at the Harvest Café for you mornings coffee and homemade meals.

· Venture to the Dubbo Botanical Gardens to admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden.

· Spend the day at Taronga Western Plains Zoo, the perfect family outing to get up close and personal with some of the world's rarest animals through encounters, zookeeper talks, and tours. Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
