Styled in an eclectic palette, the interior is the perfect combination of vibrant and welcoming. Swaying palms and ocean aspects make for the perfect backdrop. With concrete accents and natural textures, the property has been artfully designed across two spacious levels for maximum delight.

Located only a 30-second walk from the pristine waters of Sunrise Beach – this apartment promises a prime beachside location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within close proximity to the best that Noosa has to offer.




The Space

This spacious apartment is comfortable holiday living at its best. The bright open-plan living space opens to a private outdoor alfresco, drawing in the cool ocean breeze. Here you will find the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The well-equipped kitchen offers an inviting place to cook a meal with the family with conversation flowing across the open-plan living space. Complete with a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine to make for a comfortable holiday.

Enjoy a delicious meal on the 6-person dining set overlooking the palms and beyond. Or take in our tropical weather and opt for a relaxing drink on the balcony.

After a day of exploring, you can retreat to the living space to unwind to your favourite film. We provide a Smart TV with Netflix and a selection of books for your comfort.

On this level, you will also find the master suite, complete with private access to the alfresco area, a king bed, and an ensuite. A local product, Saya, is provided for guests' use.

Ascend the stairs to the light-filled top floor where you will find a further two bedrooms, the main bathroom, laundry, and an additional alfresco area.

Drawing in light and warmth, bedroom 2 offers guests a comfortable queen bed, whilst bedroom 3 is fitted with two singles. These bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool area. The renovated main bathroom sits adjacent and incorporates the laundry.

Guests can enjoy a holiday by the pool, with complete access to the shared complex pool.

With a boutique café, Chalet and Co, just down the road, and Sunshine Beach shops a short walk away, the relaxing coastal lifestyle is right at your doorstep. Drive only a short 10 minutes from your apartment to enjoy the best of Noosa’s fine dining, shopping, and patrolled beaches at the exclusive Hastings Street.

The property is complete with fans situated in each bedroom.

There is a carport for your use on the ground level for one car and plenty of on-street parking.
