SPRING/SUMMER 2024 ROOF RENOVATION PROJECT
The Greyhawk complex is undergoing a roof renovation from May through July, scheduled for completion in late July.
There will be intermittent roof and building repairs taking place throughout the summer. If your stay is disrupted by noise from this work, we would be happy to offer you a 20% refund on your stay.

ABOUT THE HOME
Enter this home and be immediately struck by how spacious this 2 bed / 2bath home feels with it's open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Thoughtfully designed wooden kitchen cabinetry perfectly balances with the earthy tones of the hardwood flooring. Then contrasted with the embellishing blue touches of local mountain art, stylish furniture and a quality contemporary area rug - any guest will feel at home with this warming yet designer apartment. Stainless state of the art appliances in the kitchen or BBQ on the deck will allow the best at-home chef to entertain their guests. Utilise the gas fireplace and large smart TV to relax on those cosy Winter nights in. Step out onto your private balcony to be awe-struck with dazzling Whistler mountain and golf course views. Master bedroom features king bed, smart TV, epic views and deck access. Second bedroom has double over double bunk, allowing stays of groups of friends or families. Queen pull-out sofa bed in the living space allows for even more flexibility in families/groups. Bathrooms have undergone recent complete renovation, first bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Second or en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. To get the most out of your stay, enjoy use of in-suite laundry, complex pool table and Hot Tub.
COMPLEX: GREYHAWK
The Greyhawk complex is located in the secluded area of Blueberry Hill, equidistant to both the Creekside and Whistler Village. The complex features an outdoor Hot Tub surrounded by a beautiful forest, exercise equipment, a pool table/games room, and a steam room. The complex gated and secure underground parkade is accessible with Complex keys.
LOCATION: BLUEBERRY
A quieter neighborhood in Whistler, located just off the Sea to Sky Highway, is situated slightly higher than the main village which allows you to experience the surrounding alpine views. Blueberry is positioned perfectly to enjoy both Creekside and Whistler Village during your stay, as it is only a 3-4 minute drive from both. Multiple bus stops that are regularly serviced allow ease of travel to Creekside or the main Village. Blueberry is the ideal location to enjoy one of Whistler's best lakes... Sunbathe on Blueberry docks or hire a kayak or SUP board and navigate the serene waters of Alta Lake then reward yourself with ice cream at Lakeside Park. Blueberry docks are also the perfect launch point to experience the River of Golden Dreams in Summer.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home has two portable air conditioning units, one for each bedroom. Portable fan is provided in the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 6 adults. The fifth and the sixth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
One pet is permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
