Spend your mornings on one of the local white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay and your afternoons relaxing by the pool on the balinese style day bed.
The house is fully air-conditioned with 3 separate internal living areas, 2 undercover decks, and an enormous lagoon style swimming pool. The yard also includes a small basketball court with hoop to keep the children entertained (the court can be used between 8.30am and 6.30pm only).
An E V Charger is also available for guest use
Please Note: Guest numbers must not exceed a total of 8 adults (The house sleeps 10 only when travelling with children).
A C C O M M O D A T I O N
The North East facing home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, which include a master bedroom with an ensuite upstairs and 2 other bedrooms on the ground floor.
The self contained studio features the 4th bedroom, full kitchen, lounge room and full bathroom with bath. The studio opens out to the pool area and is separated from the main house by approximately 20 metres.
The home boasts open plan living spaces with the large kitchen opening out to the covered sunny decks. There are two lounge areas, one formal with a fireplace and TV with the second lounge area opening to another deck overlooking the pool. The house has so many spaces guests will never feel like they are on top of each other.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining has been beautifully renovated with large windows and doors opening out to the entertaining deck creating a servery/bar area for guests to sit. There is a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, and cafe style coffee machine with grinder.
L I V I N G ~ A N D ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T
There are ample open plan living spaces including the formal lounge with combustion fireplace and T V as you enter the house; a games room featuring a table tennis table and dart board; and a second lounge/T V room at the rear of the house with a large TV perfect for the kids.
The spacious covered, north facing deck provides an additional outdoor dining option to the indoor dining space. With a full size dining table seating 8 to 10 people, guests will be able to sit overlooking the kids in the pool while they prepare an afternoon feast on the Heston gas Bbq.
There is a second covered deck area on a lower level with a gorgeous cane outdoor lounge that adjoins the lower lounge area with enormous bi-fold doors creating an indoor/outdoor space.

The property is located just a short walk to Nelsons Beach ,where the shared walking and bike track starts and takes you into Huskisson (5km flat walk) or the start of White Sands Walk to Hyams Beach (9.5km return or an average of 2 hours).
The local shops are a 4 minute drive away where you will find cafes, Coles, bakeries, bottle shop, butcher and service station.
