The Bay View San Remo by Ready Set Stay

We are thrilled to introduce The Bay View San Remo, an exceptional holiday home that offers the perfect retreat for your family and friends. You'll be mesmerized by the breathtaking bay views that can be enjoyed from every corner of the home, including the new pool.

This wonderful home is located less than a km from the beach and is within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the jetty. The house has been thoughtfully furnished with modern decor to ensure a comfortable stay.

THE SPACE
The double-storey home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful modern equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views throughout the house.

You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar heated swimming pool (Note - the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE

Bedroom 1: 1 x king bed (2 guests) - upper level
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) - upper level
Bedroom 3: 1 x queen bed (2 guests) - lower level
Bedroom 4: 2 x single bunk beds (4 guests) - lower level

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guestheir ts bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a delivery/set-up/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay hours' 48 hours last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your own linen and towels unless prearranged. Home has security cameras located at the front, sides of house and backyard.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
