Pamper yourself in a spacious four-bedroom pet-friendly oceanside home in Kill Devil Hills. Surrounded by local shops and restaurants and the Wright Brothers Memorial nearby, you'll have no shortage of activities around. When you're ready to hit the sand, Totally Beach'n is just a short walk to the beach.

The first level features the Kitchen and Dining Area with adjacent Living Room. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room for some extra space. Folks love our accompanying wet bar. Step outside for a blissful breeze in the screened-in porch. A convenient King Bedroom is nearby with a Full Bathroom in the hallway.

The second level features a vibrant King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, a Bedroom with Bunk bed and Double bed, and a Full Bathroom in the hall.

Outside of the home, a spacious yard and charcoal park grill are available for your family to enjoy.

Village Beach Club

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 6 miles from Totally Beach'n.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. Enjoy seasonal activities for all ages such as scheduled events and pickleball. New for 2026 is Gather, a casual restaurant and bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking is $25 per car per day, and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Totally Beach'n is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am

Walking Distance to the Beach

Love the location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed their stay as it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely will stay again!

perfect beach house for a larger family

perfect for our family! easy walk to the beach but was able to drive and park at public beach access! loved the outdoor shower after coming off the beach! would def stay again! loved it

Good location to KDH beach

Overall, the property was good. It is close to the beach being only a 10 min walk across one busy road. The house was well stocked with all necessary utensils, pots & pans, and dishes. The only issue we had was that some of the bed sheets and pillows were not clean.

Great location

Pros- Location is great lots of things to do, very close to beach. Plenty of room for my family. Cons- Not very clean when we arrived. Arms of couches stained and gross. Front door leaked during one rain storm. We were told to be courteous to the neighbors after 10pm. Neighbors didn’t get the memo. Nothing to ruin our stay, but probably wouldn’t return to this specific house.

Not oceanview & needs work

Not as advertised (oceanfront). Screens on screened porch torn so flies got in, roach in upstairs bathroom, bathroom shower floors chipped up, faucets gross, microwave handle broke off, my son got severely burned trying to adjust noisy icemaker. Check in process not clear and door code provided late.
