Place is cozy and clean but it is far away from the action. Landlord was rude about let us check in earlier. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property! When we first arrived, I couldn't immediately find the check-in instructions. It may have been user error on my part, but after texting the support number, we received a response quickly and were able to access the property within minutes.The property is managed by a team rather than a single host, so you may hear from different people during your stay, but everyone was responsive and helpful.The private parking space was a huge bonus. It was a little snug with my SUV parked next to another guest's pickup truck, so smaller vehicles will have an easier fit, but having dedicated parking was greatly appreciated.The home itself was very clean and well maintained. Checkout was at 10:00 a.m., and the cleaning team arrived promptly at 10:05 a.m., which showed how efficiently the property is managed.The location was excellent, with short Uber rides to Northwest Stadium, U Street, H Street, and Adams Morgan. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

The property was good, and check-in was easy, but the living room was quite tight and small. With more than two people, it was difficult to move around comfortably. The biggest issue for us was the parking. We were traveling with an Escalade, and the rear parking area is accessed through a very narrow alley/driveway, making it extremely difficult to get in and out. One person often had to get out and guide the driver to avoid the fence. I would recommend this parking for smaller vehicles and suggest the listing make that limitation clear.One night, another vehicle was parked in our designated space, so we couldn't park. We contacted the owner but did not receive a response that evening. The management company responded but explained they were waiting to hear back from the owner. We ultimately had to park on the street and were concerned about being towed. The owner later provided 39.45 for that night, which we appreciated.Overall, the property was good, but the tight living space and especially the parking situation made the stay more difficult than expected. It would likely be a better fit for a smaller family with a smaller vehicle.

Nice property

This is a nice property on a quiet street with about a 3 block walk to Metro/dining/shopping. The private parking (on the alley behind the property) was a nice plus and not real common in the DC area.

Great spot

This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 to visit both the Mall and several of the local colleges (very close to Catholic). The property was clean. There is plenty of light even though it is a basement location. Parking was great. I would suggest more dishes/utensils/glasses be added to the kitchen.

Place was okay however the parking is very tight and shared with other tenants. Place really needed a deep cleaning as refrigerator had leftover ice cream cup and lot of hair in living room.

D C Spring Break

The property was as advertised. Overall clean and tidy and amenities were as advertized. The couch arm is broken but did not affect stay or use. It is a basement apt, which I knew and had typical noise from upstairs, but nothing I haven't experienced in a hotel. Easy walk to metro and easy drive to downtown.

Fit us perfectly

Great and efficient place, well equipped. We usually bring most of our own cooking supplies (I am picky!), but we forgot. Turned out to be no problem! Parking was convenient, Seemed a bit tight, but turned out fine even for our long Toyota minivan. Close to grocery store. Quiet neighborhood.

Property was exactly as expected. No issues. Property owners were in contact to ensure no unexpected problems. Parking is a little tight if youre not used to the city but thats just the nature of the area and not reflective of the property or owners.
