This ideally located property is within walking distance of Dalmeny Beach as well as the excellent array of nearby shops and is only a 600m walk to Big Niles Brewery and Club Dalmeny.
This three bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished to give you a feeling of instant calm. The open plan dining, kitchen and living areas are bright, stylish and spacious.
The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and cooktop, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and an array of cooking equipment and serving ware for the avid home cook. Should you opt to eat out, there are plenty of cafes, pubs, breweries and restaurants within a short distance and we also provide recommendations for you in our guest book.
Featuring 1 Queen bedroom with ensuite (no shower), 1 Queen Bedroom with built in wardrobe and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Main bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet (no bath). We provide all linen and bath towels during your stay, please bring your own beach towels.
Salty opens out onto a sunny patio and outdoor dining space which overlooks Mummaga Lake. The firepit area is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and roast marshmallows on those beautiful balmy south coast nights. The backyard is level, safe and secure for your pets and little ones to run around in. We ask that all pets remain outside during your stay to ensure no damage is done to the property. The house may not be suitable for large, active or multiple pets. Please note all pets (type and number) must be declared upon booking.
There are many local walking and mountain bike tracks to enjoy around the local area. If secure storage of your mountain bikes is required during your stay, then please let us know so we can sort this out for you.
Car and boat parking is available at the property and there is an ample amount of parking on the street.
Local rules about dogs on beaches/reserves must be adhered to and dogs must be under the owners control at all times, and must not disturb the neighbours. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure.
Other things to note:
We supply all linen for our guests which includes sheets, doonas, doona covers, pillow slips, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
At the end of your stay please wash all dishes, empty inside bin and leave the home in a clean and tidy manner.
Please ensure all pets are kept outside at all times. We kindly ask that you bring along bedding, feeding and drinking bowls for your pet/s and clean up their mess in the backyard during your stay. The south coast does tend to have ticks during the year so we encourage owners to use tick prevention if bringing along your pet/s.
We do not allow parties or events at this house in accordance with our policies. Please be respectful and mindful of our neighbours at all times.
