Looks sort of small from the front and I was skeptical walking up the steps. Once inside the use of space is mostly very well thought out. We had 15 of us for 5 days and the layout worked excellent. Fridge was a bit small for so many people but probably fine if we would have left some growing kids behind. Home was clean, well furnished, outstanding location if you want access to the aquarium or waterfront. You can walk to grocery store down the hill or make a short drive to other popular shopping places. We were happy with contact person to resolve the low propane tank, and one other small issue during our stay. Separately we could not get the DVD player to work but never asked for that to be taken care of (have same one at home but could not get this one to work and not sure why). Down side would be lack of a yard to enjoy or send kids to play in. Patio area with Bar B Q was nice and the fire ring used both quite a bit. I think i found a small table we could have set up for cards later vs the nice large dinning table. Kitchen was well stocked and has lots of room for preparing meals for large numbers. Commercial stove top was a plus. We would recommend this place for families or friends who want space and to be close to aquarium or cannery row area.
