This newly renovated second-level apartment is one of two units on the property, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, an office, a sunroom and 825sqft for up to 6 guests. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the patio day and night, and stroll to the beach easily. Your ideal coastal New England getaway awaits!

Please note: This is 1 of 2 units on property. The other unit is also a short-term vacation rental located on the ground level. If you'd like to book both units (sleeping a total of 10 people) please message us for availability :)

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!
Laundry: There is no washer/dryer on property. The closest laundromat is Laundry Express (183 North End Blvd, Salisbury, MA) 0.9 miles away.
